Job Description & Qualification

Department of Accounting at School of Management, Xiamen University is seeking for qualified candidates [Assistant Professors] to fill four full-time faculty positions of Accounting, Auditing and Finance. Salaries are very competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Qualifications

Applicants should have completed or be near the completion of doctoral studies in Accounting, Auditing, or other related fields from AACSB, EQUIS or AMBA accredited institutions. In addition, applicants should demonstrate teaching ability to fulfill teaching tasks allocated by the University and the School. Applicants are also expected to demonstrate their research potentials by publishing in top-tier accounting, auditing and finance journals in the future. Applicants who have already published research articles in top-tier accounting, auditing and finance journals are preferable.

Eligible applicants will be selected for a preliminary interview by December 12, 2019 and short-listed applicants will be invited for a campus visit around December 20, 2019. The final decision would be made in early January 2020.
